ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

If you purchase more than one package and would like to replace the team photo will an additional 5x7 photo please make a note which photo you would like to purchase in place of the team photo on your order form.

Please place order forms in either Nathan Wickland's or Devan Wickland's folder. Orders will need to be in to me by July 1^st. Orders received after this date will be included in the orders with re-takes. Re-takes will be scheduled and we will notify you when dates are confirmed.
